Budnick Distinctive Homes is a small family owned builder that focuses on quality construction. We are licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina and build homes with a unique flair.
We are entering our twelfth year in Business. Dan Budnick, our licensed builder, gained his experience early on in framing. One of his many strengths is making everything right in the framing stage, to end up with a polished finished product where everything fits.
David Budnick joined the business a year and half ago and is in charge of project management and customer relations.
Parents Ron and Glenda add a financial background and interior design capability, to bring you a strong team to put you in your dream home.
With our spec homes, our goal is to build something that has curb appeal and enhances any neighborhood, coupled with an interior that is both functional and attractive to facilitate resale value.
